Every order constitutes the buyer’s acceptance of our terms & conditions, unless expressly otherwise agreed. Please choose carefully and contact us if there is anything you are unsure about.

Note that items are not guaranteed in stock. If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via e–mail within 2–4 business days.

We reserve the right to cancel at any time all or part of orders placed by the buyer if the goods ordered by him are unavailable or if the buyer fails to fulfill payments within the expected time, without cancellation entitling the buyer to any kind of compensation.

We currently accept Paypal and direct bank transfers.

We accept international payments (although your bank may charge you a small currency fee).

All prices on our site are listed in EUROS. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current exchange rate.

We are NOT responsible for any taxes, custom charges, import duties or collection fees that may apply in your country (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
Our prices include VAT (Belgian VAT rate : 21%) and administrative costs.
All international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc.
The amount of taxes due is determined solely by the government.
Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD).
If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by JuDeLovesYou.

We ship to all major countries. Except African countries. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Once your order is sent, we will send you a dispatched e–mail with the tracking number.

If you order has still not arrived within the expected time, or if you have problems tracking your order, please contact us with your order number and name, at sayhello@judeslovesyou.com

We will track your order and do our best to get your order to you.

We accept return on any products (except special items listed below, SEE NOTE 1 & 2) sold on JuDeLovesYou.com.

If you wish to return your purchase, all you have to do is contact JuDeLovesYou at sayhello@judeslovesyou.com, within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery. You must return the goods, at your own risk and expense, in original condition and packaging to JuDeLovesYou.

Only articles that are in their original and undamaged packaging accompanied by all accessories, directions for use and the invoice or purchase receipt will be taken back.

By placing an order at JuDeLovesYou.com, you are responsible for the return shipping back to JuDeLovesYou.

*Note 1 : Under no circumstances will the following articles be taken back: articles that have been worn, Washed, are dirty, incomplete, damaged, have clearly been used or altered in any way. articles of which the packaging (or part thereof) has been opened or damaged. articles made-to-measure for the Customer.

**Note 2 : The following items cannot be returned or exchanged out of hygienic concern : underwear, opened makeup & perfume, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, and any other items marked as “Final Sale.”

If you’ve received a wrong order or item, We are very sorry for the inconvenience!
for a better and more effective service, please take a picture as proof and send it to us at : sayhello@judeslovesyou.com within 3 days of receiving your order. we will then assess the best possible measures that can be taken.

Usually The items can be return within 30 days, in their original condition and unopened packaging. accompanied by all accessories, directions for use and the invoice or purchase receipt.

We expressly decline any liability for any direct or indirect bodily or material damage caused through the delivery or use of products sold by us.

Our duty of indemnification for defects in delivered goods does not go beyond that of our supplier.
No warranty whatsoever is given on parts of easily damageable materials.

Goods are faulty if a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days. You need to send us a picture of the faulty item at : sayhello@judeslovesyou.com, in order to assess the possible measures that can be taken.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

The faulty item will have to be return to JuDeLovesYou, in their original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, directions for use and the invoice or purchase receipt.
Once we received the item and have checked it, we will process a replacement, REPAIR or refund, as soon as possible.

Faulty items without replacement  available or repair possible, may be refunded. This is based on the sole discretion of JuDeLovesYou.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return.

Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information.

You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties or taxes.

Original shipping & handling charges are non–refundable.

When you shop with JuDeLovesYou we obtain from you information we need to complete your transaction.
We retain details of your specific product purchases and transactions with us to help us improve our product assortments and services for you.

We will treat your personal details as confidential information and will never disclose them to third parties other than “trusted third parties”, such as our newsletter provider, our distributor, etc.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 on our website.

No one under the age of 15 should submit any personal information to this or any Website without the consent of a parent or guardian.

All graphics, trademarks, logos, service marks and trade name of JuDeLovesYou  contained on this website are the property of JuDeLovesYou and are protected by Belgian and international copyright laws.
