Can I add items to an order I just placed?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us at : sayhello@judeslovesyou.com so we can make sure it is shipped out with your previous order or waive shipping on this new additional order. 
Please reference your previous order number as well as your name.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!).  Once we have processed your order, we won’t be able to make any changes. Please contact us at : sayhello@judeslovesyou.com

My order won't go through. What should I do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your payment information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser.

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is sent, we will send you a dispatched e-mail with the tracking number. If you order has still not arrived within the expected time, or if you have problems tracking your order, please contact us with your order number and name, at sayhello@judeslovesyou.com We will track your order and do our best to get your order to you.

What if a product is marked out of stock?

If you like an item that is marked ‘out of stock’ do not hesitate to contact us at : sayhello@judeslovesyou.com. We might be able to re-order certain items.

Nearly all of our vintage pieces are one-of–a-kind. Because we only acquire one of each item, we cannot restock specific pieces. We are always on the lookout for amazing pieces and often stock similar styles, so please check back often.

How long does it take to process my refund

Once we have received your returned goods, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?

All “final sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When will you ship my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received and sent out Monday through Saturdays excluding federal holidays.
We do make every attempt to ship your order as quickly as possible though.
Actual delivery times cannot be guaranteed, there it depends on various post offices involved with the delivery of your parcel.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to all major countries. Except African countries. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as you make a purchase on our website, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add sayhello@judelovesyou.com to your safe sender list.

Why was my order canceled?

* Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. 

** If we did not received your payment within the expected time, your order will be canceled.

Will I have to pay customs, taxes, duties or collection fees?

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. JuDeLovesYou does not control nor is responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
